Learning Collaborative Background Video Presentation

The Quality Improvement and Innovation Partnership (QIIP), formerly the Quality Management Collaborative (QMC), was established by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care in January of 2007. The major activities of the QIIP are: a) building networks between FHTs and the staff working in them b) providing resources for FHTs and c) helping with the introduction of an improvement agenda. This last area includes the establishment of a series of learning collaboratives for Family Health Teams and Community Health Centres which are described in more detail in the first video on this site. Also available for viewing are presentations made at the learning session for Collaborative 1 held on May 26 and 27, 2008.
